About this Project
The Rough began with the demolition of an existing dwelling. Creating a vast empty plot of land. A contemporary new build was then built using large retaining walls enabling a four story build. External balconies and a large outside terrace make the most of the beautiful views over Salcombe estuary.
The interior makes the most of the light creating fresh and airy space. With the central aspect being the open plan living area for modern living with a stunning bespoke kitchen.
