About this Project
Sunny Cliff started out as an old boat house with an area for hotel accommodation. The buildings were fully renovated where possible and obsolete structures were demolished. A domestic dwelling was built in its place in a New England style using a combination of wood and glass. The design continued inside with open plan living and coastal vibe, asking full use of the light and space. The foot of the cliff location was challenging but well worth the end result.
